Terms of use

The rules, in plain English

What you can do with the library

What you can't do

What you get

A free account today, and Pro access to every prompt in the library the moment Pro opens. If you're a pre-existing customer or on the allowlist, Pro flips on automatically the first time you sign in with the email we know about. Early customers whose access came in via a private vault URL: that URL keeps working for at least 90 days after account signup opens, then routes to /login/.

What we don't promise

Liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for anything relating to the library is capped at what you paid for it. That's honest, not a hedge — the refund policy exists so you can walk away without losing money.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the seller of record is domiciled, and disputes are handled there. When Pro opens through a specific payment provider, that provider's marketplace terms may apply in parallel — we'll publish the details here at that point. If you're an EU/UK consumer, none of this overrides your statutory rights.
