The Academy is currently free — nothing to refund. The Library's Pro tier is not for sale yet (payment provider being finalized). No purchases are being taken through this site today, so there is nothing to refund on the site.

If you're a pre-existing early customer who paid through the previous storefront, email hello@trydonebylunch.com with the email you paid with and we'll help. Refund windows from the original purchase still apply per the original storefront's terms.

When Pro opens

The plan is a 30-day, no-questions-asked refund on the first purchase. Email hello@trydonebylunch.com within 30 days of your Pro purchase with the email you used at checkout and we'll refund you in full. No forms, no proof, no interrogation.

• Refunds go back to the original payment method through the payment provider we launch with. Timing to land depends on the bank — typically 3–7 business days.
• Once refunded, Pro access on your account is removed. You keep the free tier.
• We don't need a reason, but if you tell us what didn't work we'll fix it for the next person.

Teams and multi-seat

Team packs will follow the same 30-day rule, refunded to the buyer of record.

This policy applies to the DoneByLunch Library once Pro opens. The Academy is currently free — nothing to refund. If a future product is sold under a different model, its checkout page will state its own terms.
